  • What are the Rental Office Hours?

    Our Rental Office is open from Mondays to Saturdays, 9AM – 6PM (Closed on Holidays and Sundays)

    Your storage space is 24/7 accessible, however, we strictly implement gate access hours: Mondays to Sundays, 8am to 6pm. Afterhours access by appoinment at no cost.

  • Do you have minimum month’s requirement to rent a unit?

  • What type of storage space do you offer?

    We offer numerous types of units to fit any requirements.  Each unit is self contained and secured to protect your valuables.  Let's find a storage space for you.

  • Do you offer insurance?

    The company does not offer insurance for individual contents of the units, however, we highly recommend that our customers consider purchasing individual insurance policies for the contents of their unit. We have a reputable insurance provider that can assist you in this regard.

  • What do I need to bring to rent at Aspen Storage?

    For Personal Account:

    Please bring one official government ID (e.g. driver’s license, passport, etc). 


    For Business Account: 

    If you are the authorised signatory of the company, please bring your company ID, one official goverment issued ID, BIR 2303.


    Note: If you are a company representative, a Secretary Cerificate is required (stating that you are authorized to enter into a storage agreement on behalf of the company).


Rental Terms & Contract

  • Do you have minimum month’s requirement to rent a unit?

    You can rent as short as 1 month, however, you requirements may be eligible for some great promotion offers when you rent for longer term. See Available Promos Here.

  • Can I reserve a unit?

    Yes, you may reserve a unit for 15 days before your move-in date. Please contact us for more detials.

  • Do I have to sign an agreement when I move-in?

    Yes, you must sign the Storage Agreement. 

  • What do I need to bring to rent at Aspen Storage

    For personal account:

    Please bring one official government ID (e.g. driver’s license, passport, etc). 


    For business account:

  • What happens at the end of the rental period?

    Your agreement will be extended automatically on month-to-month at the prevailing rate until  terminated 15 days before the anniversary date. 

  • Do you allow early termination of the contract?

    We have flexible rental term to accommodate short term and long term requirements; we encourage our customers to sign up for the number of months that they will be needing the storage space.

  • How safe is self-storage at Aspen Storage?

    Aspen Storage provides safe and secure environment for your valuables - we take storing seriously. Our facility is safe, clean and well maintained, well-lit and flood free. In addition, there are CCTV and 24/7 surveillance system.

  • Do you have parking available?

    Yes, we have reserved parking slots for our customers as well as loading and unloading dock.

  • Do you have Freight Elevator?

    Yes, we do have freight elevator (max of 1 ton) to ease your visits. 

  • Is there anyone who can help me lift my stuff during my visits?

    Unfortunately, our staff are not allowed, but it never hurts to ask our staff.

Storage Unit & Storing

  • What type of storage do you offer?

    We offer numerous types of units (regular units only) to fit any requirements.  Each unit is self contained and secured to protect your valuables.  Let's find a storage space for you.


  • How high are the storage units?

    We have standard height for all storage units, height is 3.0m (about 10ft). 

  • What can i store inside the units?

    Most household items, business items and commercial items can be stored in our storage spaces as long as it fits within the area. However, you cannot store any of the following:

    • any improperly packed food or perishable goods
    • hazardous materials (dangerous or toxic chemical, gas, liquid, substance, material or waste including vehicle tires)
    • flammable materials
    • ammunition or explosives
    • dangerous and prohibited drugs
    • any item that emits fumes or odors
    • goods which are environmentally harmful or that are risk to property of any person
    • stolen goods
    • animals or any living things
    • anything illegal
  • Do I have to bring my own padlock?

    Yes, you will be required to provide your own padlock. Only you and your authorized person(s) have access to your storage space. 


    We also sell padlocks on site (during office hours only).

  • When can I schedule my move-in?

    We strongly recommend scheduling your move-in during office hours only to ensure that all paperwork is completed, and you have all your questions answered.

  • Do you provide trolleys and step ladders?

    Yes, there will be free use of trolleys, pallet truck and step ladders for clients.

Moving Out

  • How many days’ notice needed should I decide not to extend my lease?

    As soon as you know, would be helpful. Lets us know at least 15-calendar day written notice is required. Don't worry, we will send you a reminder at least 20 days before the end of lease period. Moving out must be scheduled during office hours only. 


  • What do I need to do when moving out?
    1. All fees must be settled.
    2. Your storage unit must be returned in the same condition as you were given it, ordinary wear and tear accepted, broom clean, and free from any stored property.
    3. RFID access key(s) must be returned.

    Your security deposit will be refunded less damages, charges and expenses within 30 days after moving out.

  • What if I don’t give written notice?

    Your security deposit may be forfeited.

Rates, Payment & Billing

  • How much does storage cost?

    Storage cost would vary depending on the unit size you require and the duration of the lease. Get A Quote now!

  • What other fees will I occur?
    • One-time admin fee per storage unit – P560
    • Refundable security deposit, equivalent to one-month rent
  • What are the available payment methods?

    We accept Cash, Check, Bank Deposit/Transfer, Online/Mobile Banking, and/or 

    Credit Card (Paypal). 


    Proof of payment (e.g. scanned deposit slip, screenshot,receipts, etc.) must be sent/emailed to us. 

  • What happens if my payment is late?

    Payment is due on the first day of the rental cycle. Invoices are sent out 15 days before due date.


    If payment not paid on due date, late fee may be applied and access to your storage unit may be restricted.

Insurance & Others

  • Do you offer insurance?

    The company does not offer insurance for individual contents of the units, however, we highly recommend that our customers consider purchasing individual insurance policies for the contents of their unit. We have a reputable insurance provider that can assist you in this regard.

  • Do you offer moving service?

  • Do you sell boxes and packing supplies?

    If you choose to self-pack, we sell packing and moving supplies such as boxes, wrapping paper, bubble wrap, tape, etc.
